Our story

Haiti already moves.

NOVO began by paying attention to the work already happening every day.

The ride was already there.

Drivers worked. Riders depended on them. Fares were negotiated. Cash moved.

What was missing was a durable record around the work.

Built between two worlds

A Haitian observation. A technology builder's response.

Stanley Paul grew up in Haiti and later built a career in technology and cybersecurity in the United States.

NOVO began with a simple observation: moto drivers were already doing economically important work every day, but almost none of that work followed them beyond the ride.

From observation to system

Before the platform, there was the field.

  1. Observe

Street hailing, negotiated fares and cash already moved people.

  2. Listen

Drivers worked every day, but much of that work left no professional record.

  3. Test · December 2025

    10 drivers recorded 2,073 rides in Plaine-du-Nord.

  4. Build

Add structure around the ride, not a replacement for it.

Pilot observations demonstrate field execution and participation. They are not guarantees of future performance.
